Terms of Service

YuArts Labs provides BoardShuffle, including its website, mobile app, setup generators, public documentation, and MCP endpoints. Contact support@yuartslabs.com with questions. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent a valid agreement is formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling; using the service does not by itself grant consent to optional analytics.

You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms or use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. There is no account registration, paid subscription, or purchase requirement for the tools currently offered.

We give you permission to use BoardShuffle for lawful board-game setup and to copy, save, and share the setups it generates. You are responsible for choosing settings that match the physical game, edition, expansions, components, and player count you own. Consult the publisher’s rulebook and check the result before play.

Randomized, balanced, or validated output is an aid, not a guarantee of equal winning chances, official rules compliance, or suitability for tournament play. Some tools intentionally offer variants or may have known limitations. Share codes are not confidential credentials. Keep secret game information, such as spymaster keys, away from players who should not see it.

Saved boards are stored on your device and are not an account backup. Clearing browser/app data, removing the app, storage limits, or software changes may remove or make older setups incompatible. Keep your own copy of important setup codes. Sharing a link makes its setup available to anyone who obtains it; we do not provide access controls or a private hosted vault for these links.

Agents and other clients may use the published public documentation, API, and MCP generation tools without registration or an API key. Follow published input schemas and operational limits. You remain responsible for your client’s actions, data handling, and presentation of results. Do not claim that generated output is endorsed by a game publisher or that a setup was saved or applied when it was only generated.

Do not disrupt the service, bypass security controls or technical limits, send malicious inputs, or make requests at a volume that interferes with others. We may limit or block abusive traffic and change or discontinue endpoints. Robots.txt content signals express our preferences for uses of our content; they do not grant rights to third-party material or authorize access to private data.

BoardShuffle is an independent companion and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publishers of the games listed. Game names, trademarks, artwork, rules, and other publisher material belong to their respective owners. References to games identify the tools’ intended compatibility and do not transfer those rights to you.

The site’s copyright notice applies to BoardShuffle’s original content, software, and design only. It does not claim ownership of any game name, trademark, artwork, rules, or other publisher material. YuArts Labs and its licensors retain rights in BoardShuffle’s software, design, and original content. These terms do not override any separate license expressly supplied with code or other material. You retain any rights you have in information you provide. We do not claim ownership of your saved board names or your independently created material. Contact support@yuartslabs.com with an intellectual-property concern and identify the relevant content and your rights.

We may update, pause, or discontinue features and change generator behavior as games, rules, and software evolve. We try to maintain a useful service but do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent compatibility, or preservation of locally stored data. Third-party websites, analytics providers, hosting providers, and agent clients are governed by their own terms where applicable.

We may update these terms and will show the revised date. Material changes will be announced through the service where appropriate and take effect prospectively, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements. You can stop using the service at any time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BoardShuffle is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. To that same extent, YuArts Labs is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of or inability to use the service, such as lost local data or lost opportunities.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Mandatory consumer guarantees and other statutory rights remain intact. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.

Please contact support@yuartslabs.com first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. This does not prevent you from seeking legal remedies or contacting a regulator. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class-action rights, select an exclusive foreign court, or remove mandatory protections available where you live. Applicable law determines the governing law and competent courts.
