How to use the Empires of the Void II tool

1. Generate the planet and card setup.
2. Place the eight selected planets on the board and set aside the left-out planet.
3. Prepare the Sarkeen tokens and dependent cards shown in the result.

Some setup cards depend on which planets appear. Keep the displayed selections together when preparing the game.
